Hello, Updated Admin Tools and Akeeba Backup. The update page didn't work, and found article suggesting disabling System Restore Points and reinstalling Akeeba Backup twice. Got the updates to work. Admin tools, however is being problematic. First, it sent 65 emails in 1 hour about updating Joomla. I finally got Joomla updated, although the page remained blank when I clicked the update link from the Control Panel. The emails stopped.

But now the site is also down. The background image and some text below the main page is visible, however the main menu is gone and all I see is the the following error:

Error: 0 - SQL=SELECT `source`,`keepurlparams` FROM `wmd96_admintools_redirects` WHERE (`dest` = '') OR (`dest` = '') AND `published` = '1' ORDER BY `ordering` DESC LIMIT 0, 1

I enabled maximum reporting, and I also get the following message:

Notice: Undefined variable: hidden in /home/paultbg/public_html/templates/rt_hexeris/error.php on line 54

The above error messages appear even if I take the site off line.
The browser tab shows this text, instead of what it usually is: 0 - Error.0
I killed all the text in the .httaccess file, but the error remained.
I reinstalled Admin Tools twice, but still get the errors.
I can navigate throughout the backend just fine.
Also tried switching templates, but still get the same error on a "The requested page cannot be found."

The site was working fine until I updated Admin Tools and Backup. Any help you can provide will be much appreciated.

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately you didn't read the text in our download page, or the release notes (which were available for you to read in Live Update, before upgrading) before upgrading Akeeba Backup. As clearly noted, Akeeba Backup 3.9.X is not compatible with the old, vulnerable and obsolete Joomla! versions 3.0 OR 3.1 Furthermore, support for all previous versions of Akeeba Backup and Joomla! has ceased, effective November 20th 2013, 14:30 EET.

You can downgrade to Akeeba Backup 3.8.2 (not recommended) or upgrade your site to Joomla! 3.2 (very strongly recommended).

This ticket will be now closed. Thank you.
